This website has been built as an information site for Broker Opinion (BPO) reports.  The site is here as a resource for real estate agents and brokers to assist in building income through BPO reports.   A Broker Price Opinion, or BPO for short, is similar to a property CMA which provides a client with therecommended listing price for real property.  The report traditionally includes data to back up the agents analysis including listed and sold comparable data, market information and property photos.  Broker Price Opinions come in exterior (or drive-by) and interior reports depending on whether the reviewer is required to view the interior of the property.  BPO’s are often compensated and some individuals make a career completing BPO reports.
